Holothuria fuscogilva is a large solid holothurian with a one-of-a-kind coloration pattern. T here are regularly numerous protrusions round the brink of the body where the flat underside meets the steeply-rising aspects, giving the species its common call of White Teatfish in the trepang industry. body shape is comparable in Holothuria whitmaei but the two are readily outstanding by the color sample. Holothuria fuscogilva is constantly mottled with white and black whilst H. whitmaei is absolutely black. each species are precious as fit to be eaten trepang.
